Forexia Academy
Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 October 2026
The short version: we hold what is needed to run your account and your learning, we do not sell it or use it for advertising, and you can ask us to show it to you, correct it or delete it.
1. Who this is about
Forexia Academy (“Forexia”, “we”, “us”) runs the website at forexiapro.com. This policy explains what information we hold about visitors and members, why, who helps us handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
For anything about your information, write to support@forexiapro.com.
2. What we collect
When you sign in. An account is known by an email address. What we receive depends on how you sign in:
- Email link: the email address you type.
- Google: your name, email address and profile picture.
- X: your name, username, email address and profile picture.
- Telegram: your Telegram account id, name, username and profile photo. Telegram does not give us your phone number or an email address, so we cannot email an account made this way.
We never see or store a password for any of these services, and we do not get access to your contacts, messages, posts or files with them.
What you add yourself. Your profile (display name, picture, bio and, if you choose to give them, phone number, location, time zone and links to your social accounts), your notification preferences, messages and files you post in the community chat, course reviews, and projects you submit to the showcase.
What using the academy creates. The courses you enrol in, your progress through lessons, quiz scores and certificates; referral codes, who referred whom, vouchers redeemed and credits; whether you have a ForexiaPRO membership and until when; and, while you are signed in, which pages of the academy you open and when.
When you pay. Payments are made in cryptocurrency on the invoice page of NOWPayments, our payment processor. We keep a record of each payment you start: what it was for, the price, whether it was completed, the coin you chose and the amount that arrived. We do not ask for or hold card numbers, bank details, wallet keys or seed phrases. A cryptocurrency transfer is also recorded on that coin’s public blockchain, which nobody, including us, can change or delete.
When you ask for the Playbook. If you enter your email address in the form at the end of the Playbook page, we store that address and when you gave it, so that we can send you the playbook. You do not need an account for this.
Technical records. Like every website, the servers that deliver this one record requests: the address and time of the request, your IP address and the kind of browser you use. These are used to keep the service running and secure.
3. What we use it for
- to create your account and sign you in;
- to give you your courses, keep your progress, and issue certificates;
- to run the community: chat, reviews, the project showcase and referrals;
- to show you the signals your membership includes;
- to take payment for what you buy, and to unlock it once the payment arrives;
- to send you sign-in links, and messages about your account or announcements from the academy;
- to understand which parts of the academy are used, so we can improve them;
- to keep the academy secure and deal with misuse.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not show advertising, and we use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of our own.
- We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similar effects.
5. What other people can see
Other members can see what you post in the community chat, with your display name and picture. Reviews you write appear with your name. A project you submit to the showcase and choose to publish is public: anyone on the internet can see it, with your name on it.
The academy’s administrators and instructors can see members’ accounts, progress and posts, in order to run it.
6. Who helps us handle it
We use other companies to run the academy. They handle information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:
- Supabase stores the academy’s database and uploaded files, and runs sign-in.
- Railway hosts the website.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- NOWPayments takes payments in cryptocurrency. We send it the price, what the payment is for and our reference number for it, not your name or email address. It handles your transfer under its own privacy policy.
- Google, X and Telegram confirm who you are when you choose to sign in with them. They learn that you signed in to Forexia.
Some pages show content from other services: lesson videos from Vimeo and YouTube, and charts from TradingView. When such content loads, that service receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
These companies may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your account and what belongs to it for as long as the account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile and the records tied to it, apart from anything we are required by law to keep, such as records of payments. Server records are kept for a limited time by the companies that host the site.
9. Your choices and rights
You can, at any time:
- see and change your profile in the academy;
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it, or to delete your account;
- object to how we use it, or ask us to stop emailing you announcements.
Write to support@forexiapro.com from the email address on your account (or tell us your Telegram username if you signed in with Telegram) and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under your local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
To stop Google, X or Telegram being used to sign in to Forexia, you can also remove Forexia in the security settings of that account.
10. Age
The academy is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold information about them. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy the date at the top changes. If a change is significant we will tell members by email or on the site. The rules for using the academy are in our Terms and Conditions.
