Forexia Academy (“Forexia”, “we”, “us”) runs the website at forexiapro.com: the courses, the community chat, the trading tools, the project showcase, the blog, and the signals and Top Plays pages. Together they are “the academy”.

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the academy. By creating an account, or by continuing to use the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the academy.

Everything in the academy is education. It explains how we read markets and how to build tools that trade them. It is general information, given to everyone in the same form.

It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We are not a broker, a dealer or an investment adviser. We do not know your finances, your goals or how much risk you can bear, and nothing here takes them into account.

What you do with what you learn is your decision and your responsibility. If you need advice, speak to a qualified, regulated adviser where you live.

Trading is risky and most people who try it lose money. Foreign exchange, gold, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged products can move quickly against you. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with, and with some brokers and products you can lose more than you deposited. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

• Past results do not predict future results. A method that worked on the days we show may not work on the days you trade.
• Chart markups and replays are made after the fact. They show what happened on a real day, drawn once the day was over, for study. Seeing the same thing as it happens is much harder.
• Signals are for education. They are produced by an automated scanner and published with the reasoning behind them. They are not instructions to trade and we do not know whether a given signal suits you.
• The figures on the signals and Top Plays pages are not a track record. Each signal is counted at the furthest target it reached, even when price later came back. They are not the results of any trading account. Someone who followed the same signals would have been filled at different prices, paid spreads and fees, closed at different times, and could have lost money.
• Testimonials are individual experiences. They are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

We make no promise or guarantee of profit, income or any particular result.

You need to be at least 18 years old to create an account. You sign in with a link sent to your email address, or with your Google, X or Telegram account. There is no password held by us.

• An account is for one person. Please do not share it.
• Keep the email, Google, X or Telegram account you sign in with secure: whoever controls it can enter your Forexia account.
• The details you give us should be yours and should be accurate.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@forexiapro.com.

The academy is free to join, and a free account keeps the free signals, the free courses, the tools and the community. ForexiaPRO is the paid membership: every signal, and every course marked ForexiaPRO, for as long as the membership is active. A course may also be sold on its own. The price is always shown before you buy, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

How you pay. Payments are made in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, a payment processor. You choose the coin and pay the invoice it shows from your own wallet. Prices are set in US dollars; the amount in your coin is worked out by NOWPayments when you pay, and network fees are yours. We never see or hold your wallet or its keys.

• What you bought unlocks by itself once the network has confirmed your payment and NOWPayments reports it complete. That usually takes minutes and can take longer.
• Send the full amount the invoice shows, in the coin and on the network it names. If less arrives, or it is sent on another network, nothing unlocks until it is sorted out: write to support@forexiapro.com.
• ForexiaPRO is paid for a set number of days at a time (30 days for the monthly price). Paying again adds days to what you have left. It does not renew by itself and we never take a payment automatically.
• When a membership ends you keep your account and your progress. The ForexiaPRO courses and the full signal feed close until you pay again. Courses you were enrolled on before they became ForexiaPRO courses, and courses you bought on their own, stay open to you.
• Free periods. At times we open the ForexiaPRO courses to every signed-in member for a set time, and say so on the site with the date it ends. After that date those courses need a membership again; the progress you made is kept. A free period covers the courses, not the full signal feed.
• Which courses are ForexiaPRO courses, and how many signals are published, can change. A membership is access to what the academy offers while it runs, not a promise of a particular course or number of signals.

Refunds. A cryptocurrency payment cannot be reversed, and what you buy is digital content you can use straight away, so payments are final unless the law where you live gives you a right we cannot exclude. If you paid and did not get what you paid for, or paid twice by mistake, write to support@forexiapro.com and we will put it right.

A ForexiaPRO membership can also be given at our discretion, and one given that way can be withdrawn. Referral credits, vouchers and any balance shown in your account have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

The courses, lessons, videos, chart markups, replays, tools, text and the Forexia name and logo belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning.

Without our written permission you may not:

• copy, record, download in bulk, republish or resell any of it;
• share lessons or paid material with people who do not have an account;
• use it to train or build a competing course, product or data set;
• collect content or data from the site with automated tools.

Businesses that want to use our material or tools with their own members can ask us about a licence. That is a separate, written agreement.

You own what you post: chat messages, reviews, projects, files and your profile. By posting it you allow us to store it and show it inside the academy, for as long as it stays posted. Projects you choose to publish appear on the public showcase.

Please do not post anything that:

• is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or harasses another person;
• is spam, an advertisement, or promotes a broker, a token, a signal service or a scheme;
• presents itself as professional financial advice to other members;
• contains someone else’s personal information, or material you have no right to share;
• contains malware or tries to get around the site’s security.

We may remove anything that breaks these rules, and suspend or close the account that posted it. Other members’ posts are their own views, not ours.

The calculators, charts and data tools are provided as they are, as aids to learning. Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and a tool can have faults. Never rely on one as the only basis for a trade.

The academy shows or links to services run by others, such as YouTube, Vimeo, TradingView, Telegram and the services you can sign in with. They have their own terms and we are not responsible for them. We do not recommend any broker.

We work to keep the academy running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove courses and features, and we may pause the site for maintenance.

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. If a change is significant we will tell members by email or on the site. Continuing to use the academy after a change means you accept it.

You can stop using the academy and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to harm the academy or its members, or where the law requires it.

The academy is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the academy or from anything you do because of what you learned or saw here.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
